Sandpiper Cove Unit 4206 2-Bedroom/2-Bathroom Bring Your Boat!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove in Unit 4206. The unit was very nice, however, the 36 steps to get in the unit were a lot. The unit has everything you need, and the views of the canal are great for bird and fish watching. There’s a beautiful sunset view out the front of the unit. Heather was always top notch in that any question or request we had she answered right away. Unfortunately we gave Heathers name out to so many people that we missed out on an opportunity with her for next year. We were able to book through Sandpiper Cove. We will sure give Heather a try for 2028!!

Great location. Property was clean. It was just me and my wife. Could have brought the family as it sleeps 8. Nice 2 bathrooms. Parking was awesome as it was covered and could have fit a boat. The actual walk to the beach was further than we anticipated because of how large the complex is. However, we found that driving over with the umbrella and 2 beach chairs was the best way to get there. It’s a private entrance for just those at Sandpiper Cove. Takes less than 2 minutes. That is really convenient. If you’re a pickle baller I recommend you bring your own paddles as the ones provided were pretty cheap as were the golf clubs. But we weren’t expecting much with the golf clubs. The course is right up against the condo. So be careful golfing. Loved going to McGuire’s. Great food. Also enjoyed The Shack in Fort Walton. We got Jet skis for 2 hours and saw dolphins close and personal. That’s a must. We used wet and wild water sports which is about 5-7 minutes from the condo. Really convenient and right by the no wake zone so you’re out having fun zooming around quicker.

This place was great. Extremely clean and had everything we needed! We were able to bring our boat and dock at the canal behind the unit for easy access. The staff is so nice and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. We will be back!Thank you!
